Dominique Mahe is the Assistant Winemaker at Willakenzie Estates, a winery in the Chehalem Mountains that focuses on sustainable production. Originally hailing from Normandy, France, he makes wine, talks about it with a French accent, and uses Australian phrases enthusiastically.
